Homemade Biomass Pellets How?

woodpelletmillguide_09

That´s my personally Review for (PelHeat Manufacture)

Heating with self made waste biomass pellets.

Biomasspellets, Why you should deal, actually, with the subject,

to produce biomasspellets independently?

Because wood is a growing again raw material resource, so a material which without restriction can be used if a reforestation is certain. So no predatory dismantling, like in the subtropic forests where reforestation for economic reasons is not possible or is not planned, because the originating free surfaces will be used for the agriculture.

Economically used forests provide for a never ending stock in wood resources and is to be counteracted inevitably against the subject “Global Warming”.

So it is obvious why we work with the subject, ” Pellets produced from waste wood ” . Pellets, shown on the achievement balance, need less camp surface than split wood.

Pellet stoves are head to head against the gas heating stoves, although these have the advantage that they take up very little place. However, the gas prices challenge a change in thinking of the people.

Why should the big energy groups become even richer by taking your hard earned money?

You yourself can reduce your energy sots, with the production of Pellets.

How? It shows you the easy to understand guide from PelHeat.com.

There are Pellet stoves offered between 2-10 kW which can heat a big room, but also a low energy house. What´s a low energy house? you can read in one of my next articles.

Pellet heating is a central heating system. They start with their achievement area where the achievement of the stoves ends, approx. with 10 kW. All they need is just like for the oil fueled system, a storage room for the Pellets.

Even the pessimists must confirm that even the greatest gas- and oil sources are limited but not wood.

In addition comes the fact that the wasteful combustion of oil and gas is responsible a for the worldwide temperature rise.

Something must be also considered while heating with wood. Even if the energy corporations with counterarguments try to make the operation of wooden heatings look bad, one thing is clear, wooden heatings are still better for the environment than a gas or oil heating.

One should use at the place of the fossil energy sources, growing again energy sources.

Biomass also has compared with gas and oil some determining advantages which should find attention from an ecological and economical view.

First there is biomass on every conceivable corner.

Oil and gas exist world-politically seen, unfortunately, only locally and the contact with biomass is substantially more harmless.

On top of that if you´ll use the system offered here and on my website and produce your own Pellets yourselves, or don’t produce it solely for yourself, produce it for your friends, start to build your own business now.

Nevertheless, something should be mentioned, namely that the production of Pellets is connected with a certain power demand.

Since the use of wood still brings a better use of the environment, for instance the collection of the waste wood which lies around in the forest.

One can produce Pelletts cheaper, with a Shredder from wooden parts = wooden minced shred and use that for heating.

The advantage of the Pellets is merely that they have a lower storage capacity than the wooden minced shred.

Whoever dosn’t have a big enough storage room should use perhaps Pellets for heating.

The disadvantage of the Pellets is, although they are an environmentally friendly growing again resource, because of the production process they costs more and by the heating-technical point of view they produce more heat than slightly than wooden minced shred.

Let me explain it like this:

Wooden minced shreds cost by m ³ =ca. 20 € = approx. 2.4 € cent / kWh

Pellets cost by kg =ca. 0.22 € = approx. 4.4 € cent / kWh

Fuel oil ever costs by ltr =ca. 0.50 € = approx. 5.00 € cent / kWh

Liquid gas costs by ltr. =ca. 0.44 € = approx. 6.40 € cent / kWh

The cheapest, but from the store surface more demanding;

Log wood with approx. 1.8 € of cent / kWh

(Cost comparison of 2007)

So I can definitely recommend the production of Pellets in this Review.

The Wood Pellet guide shows you exactly how you can produce Pellets from different materials and which machines you need.

An issue which is worthwhile.

If you connect this with my separate Review about “Lawn Care” you can connect perhaps both with each other and associate here the rubbish of the work with the useful material for heating.

If you are contented about my Review, and I am sure you will be contented, than tell it, to your friends.

Heat with wood a growing again raw material resource.
