Windmills for Electricity

Watch this video below as pre final information.

Wind Mill Power

Wind Power has been used for thousands of years by people all over the world, may that be as the classical grain home windmill with its wind-blades or for transportation with sailing ships.
For a little bit more than 30 years modern windmill generators are used increasingly for the production of electricity.
A cause for the atmospheric disturbances (wind) are the pressure differences which are caused by differences in temperature.
Because not only between different degrees of latitude, but also between land surfaces and water surfaces and between the day and night time zones of the globe there are always big differences in temperature. Calm areas are seldom.
Modern wind-energy arrangements or wind power arrangements can use aerial currents from a wind speed of approx. 3 m sec with the help of rotors. The rotary movement is changed by a suitable generator into electricity.
Arrangement types:
Beside special constructions like upward windmill power stations,up until now, windmill constructions with vertical or horizontal axis were constructed.
On account of the high efficiency and the favorable production costs, three wings windmill constructions with horizontal axis have been used most commonly.
Other than that, different Rotor dimension and hub heights arrangements, with different wind mill generators and net coupling draughts are offered.
Dual feed asynchronous generators, more-pole asynchronous generators and more-pole synchronous generators with change coupling are most commonly offered.
Unfortunately,in some countries a small windmill will not be approved, for example in Singe family dwellings or apartment buildings, at least in Germany.
As everything else, this is also different regulated from country to country.
I offer a small windmill Power Kit for “DoItYourSelf” systems which can hel you build without any foreknowledge. All you need is little bit of skill and maybe some tools and as I told you before, ask your building authority for approval.
