Young village a perfect solution for the Environment, a real;

“Green Project”:

The main concept are Nine houses grouped on a property with approx 7,000.00 m ² around a small own village square is how to go green in a familiar Group. No fences, but small water jumps and biotopes “separate” the single, 660.00 m ² big properties, to each other. The houses have a living spaces between 101 and 125 m ² or more, and can be complemented with adaptable constructions like winter garden, device space etc…
The thought-out planning and the optimum property use, make the ” young village ” an extremely inexpensive residential model with special leisure value. Here live people who have desire for a green village community and an there own home, which would like to live healthy and consciously enjoy this, with equally minded nice neighbours in the everyday life. One meets to a chat or barbecue in the own village square or in the neighbors squares and like to save the planet. I have also taken care into consideration this social aspect into the planning and it´s

c) a pre fabricatet construction Housing system from predominantly wooden constructions with power-saving special construction details, accordingly of German guidelines and planning requirements as well as German standard.
Farther systems are possible, such as:
d) a small wind strength mill should be approved by the suitable construction specifications, are able to do the house -area more or less self-sufficiently by the commercial energy suppliers, are decisively here also the regulations typical for land and laws.
e) It must be also checked the perhaps use of a warm pump with different energy sources like earth warmth or water warmth which is a question of the location.
5) 9 houses are a clear manageable amount which can allow quick sales and therefore also fast pattern houses to the inspection of other prospective customers of our system construction method are available.
6) 9 houses cause a clear manageable property size and adjust themselves to every existence land-use plan also newly to be provided. The purchase costs of the property are therefore also in a clear manageable frame.
